Key Responsibilities of the Divisional Operations Controller
- Lead all accounting and financial operations for assigned accounts
- Oversee AP, AR, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company standards
- Partner with operational leaders to identify revenue opportunities and control costs
- Ensure compliance with management agreements, internal controls and reporting requirements
Qualifications for the Divisional Operations Controller
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
- 7+ years of accounting, finance or operational finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls
- Experience supporting multi-site or operational business environments
- Strong Excel skills - experience with SAP preferred
