LHH is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Controller in Orlando, Florida. This individual will lead accounting operations for a growing business and partner closely with operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the accounting close and financial reporting process
- Manage WIP accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, job costing, and project forecasting
- Analyze margins, project performance, cash flow, and operating results
- Partner with operational leadership on budgets, forecasts, and business decisions
- Strengthen accounting processes, controls, systems, and reporting
- Lead and develop the accounting team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Full-cycle accounting and financial-reporting experience
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to remain hands-on
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: Up to $140,000 annually, plus bonus
