Responsibilities
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
* Ensure accuracy of cost allocations, inventory valuations, and reconciliations through regular audits
* Maintain and refine cost accounting models, overhead allocations, and ERP cost tracking processes
* Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost savings, improve reporting workflows, and enhance margin visibility
* Prepare executive-ready reporting and analysis, including KPIs, scenario modeling, and compliance reviews
Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in operational finance or controllership roles
* Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel modeling
* Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
* Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
