As our Division Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, running appointments 3 to 4 days a week with your reps to demonstrate how our cutting-edge solutions can revolutionize business operations. You will recruit and develop talent, build your own team, and drive growth as a work-from-home field sales leadership leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sales team, including recruiting and coaching a mix of new and experienced reps.
• Workshop and coach through regular field activities and appointment-based demonstrations of our solutions.
• Manage and guide the sales process, focusing on developing talent and closing sales with a proven track record.
• Work independently and as part of a team; adapt to both remote and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain regular communication with sales leaders and reps; train and coach the team as needed.

• Be the face of the company with a positive, growth-minded attitude; bring hustle and professionalism.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high urgency and innate sales talent; this is a sales-focused role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and coach others.
• Promotion from within based on merit; roles include leadership in Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Revenue Operations.
• Work-from-home field sales leadership role; candidates must live locally.
• Background check and valid driver’s license with auto insurance required.

Compensation & Perks

• Uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity (first-year range approx. $90,000 - $130,000+).
