Division PresidentUnder the direction of the Corporate President, the Division President identifies existing and emerging niche market opportunities for the division's products within the strategic direction of the division. This position manages a sales team to capture opportunities to grow the business at an average annual rate greater than 10% per year. The Division President has overall division level P&L responsibility with focus on managing order bookings, sales revenue, gross profit, and sales expenses to meet a budgeted net Earnings Before Tax (EBT) target.

This position directly supervises all division sales functions including regional sales managers, proposal estimators, and customer service personnel.Responsibilities include the following:Developing and executing annual sales and marketing plansTracking and analyzing of returns/payback on marketing expensesDeveloping and managing individual sales goals in line with the divisions budget and track bonus plans to budgetMeeting or exceeding total division annual budget revenue, gross profit and net EBT numbers and maintaining P & LLeading the division sales team to maintain The Armor Group's disciplined sales process through utilization of CRMSteering major key customer relationshipsEnsure proper estimating rates and processes are in place and executed to protect ArmorAdditional items as assigned by managerDesigning and executing Strategic Plan for the business including:Identifying and exploiting niche market opportunities within the overall division strategyCompany strengths and weaknessCore competenciesTarget markets and products via SegmentationCompetitor and pricing analysisGrowth market opportunitiesNew trends and technologiesProduct/market analysisUnderstand, promote, train, and ensure compliance of the QMS within the managed department.Principal contacts inside/outside the company this position interacts with customers, division sales personnel, Marketing, Project Managers, Accounting, HR, Corporate President, CFO, and the CEO.Competency or position requirements:Experience in assembling, leading, and driving a high-performance sales team to hit budgeted revenue and profitability growth numbersExtensive sales background with strong interactive communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and motivate othersExcellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage changing prioritiesUtilization of a systematic sales process in managing an opportunity from lead generation to successful closingCapability to lead major initiatives that impact a sales teamProven leadership and business acumen skillsRisk management experience and proactive attitude toward risk mitigationCritical thinking and creative technical problem-solving skills combined with sound judgmentFully understand all aspects of sales channels: reps, distributors, direct sales to corporate buyers (focus on direct sales)Understand, promote, train, and ensure compliance of the QMS within the managed department.All Armor employees are also expected to demonstrate Armor's core value of Process Driven.Education and/or experience:Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred10+ years of sales leadership experience in developing and executing sales and marketing plans5+ years of managing a multi-channel sales distribution network3+ years of P&L responsibilityEquipment and software experience required this position will use a computer and ERP, CRM, and Estimating software.Working and physical conditions this position will be in an office and manufacturing environment. Processall This division sells Industrial mixers. Candidate must understand mechanical and chemical engineering of mixings and market knowledge of food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
