Position Overview:
Atrium is seeking aDivision Manager to lead and grow ourDirect Hire Finance & Accounting business.
This is a true player/coach role for a hands‑on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a
build‑and‑grow environment.
The Division Manageris responsible forowning the performance, growth, and culture of their division.
You will actively run a full Direct Hire desk while leading, coaching, and developing a team of recruiters
and sales professionals. This role requires strong business acumen, a consultative sales approach, and
the ability to translate strategy into execution. The ideal candidate is someone who wants ownership,
not just management, someone excited by building client relationships, developing talent, and scaling a
high‑performing Direct Hire business.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Growth
- Drive net-new client acquisition and expansion within the Finance & Accounting market
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans aligned with division andcompany goals
- Strategically penetrate target markets through prospecting, client meetings, and
- partnerships
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategy with a focus on profitability andlong‑termvalue
- Build strategic alliances andoptimizevendor and supplier relationships
Direct Hire Execution (Player-Coach)
- Run a full Direct Hire desk, leading by example in sales, recruiting, and account management
- Personally manage key client relationships and high-impact searches
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all client engagements
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and salesprofessionals
- Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability for performance andbehavior
- Coach and mentor team members on business development, recruiting strategy, andexecution
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement
- Lead weekly team meetings and daily prioritization discussions around openrequisitions
Operations & Strategy
- Monitor performance metrics, pipeline health, and financial results
- Identifygaps and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scale
- Partner with Marketing on division-specific branding and lead-generation initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Direct Hire
- Proventrack recordof success in sales, recruiting, and client relationship management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, influence, and drive results
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to commute to and work onsitein ourOrlando, FLofficeon a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Compensation
$70,000–$80,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus uncapped individual commission and a team performance override
