Division Manager - Mechanical and Process Piping

Division Manager | Mechanical & Process Piping | Charlotte, NC

I'm supporting a confidential search for a well established southeastern mechanical and piping contractor who are seeking a leader for their Charlotte Division. With a significant backlog of projects in the industrial, life science and pharmaceutical sectors, this person will have an outstanding foundation for growth within the region.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for:

• Division P&L, revenue, margin and backlog
• Business development and key customer relationships
• Oversight of major mechanical/process piping projects
• Project execution, forecasting and financial performance
• Leadership and development of PM and Operations teams
• Workforce planning and future growth
• 15+ years of industrial mechanical/process piping experience
• Experience leading $10M+ projects
• Previous P&L / profit-center responsibility
• Strong commercial and operational leadership skills
• Proven ability to build teams and grow a business

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Some travel expectations within the region)
