Division Manager-Land Development

Manage all aspects of project efforts and interface with clients; Supervise and perform site development & design tasks: plan preparation, grading, permit applications (including FDOT and Water Management Districts), report writing, etc. Engage with regulatory agencies. Provide quality control of staff design & reports. Reports to Winter Haven Office Director

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-oriented discipline (preferably Civil Engineering). CADD, project management software, etc.); expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D strongly preferred! Proficiency on standard office software applications: Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, etc. Proven ability to look at the "Big Picture" as well the project goals in order to coordinate various design disciplines accordingly. Proven ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills, especially when working on a variety of projects while providing solutions to difficult issues.
