Title: Division Manager - HVAC & PipefittingLocation: Phoenix, AZ (central)Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + 10-20% Bonus + Relocation PackageFounded in the mid-1980s, we are a full-service mechanical contracting firm with several hundred employees across Arizona, including a large operational base in Phoenix. We deliver HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical construction services for commercial, industrial, institutional, and public-sector clients. Our work spans new construction, retrofit projects, service and maintenance programs, and complex mechanical system installations requiring disciplined execution and strong technical leadership.

Our Division Manager will oversee divisional operations, drive project and service performance, manage financial outcomes, and lead a high-performing team across field and office functions.What You Will Be DoingLead day-to-day operations for HVAC and pipefitting projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance across construction and service workManage divisional P and L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin improvement, and financial reporting to senior leadershipOversee the full project lifecycle including estimating, bidding, planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring accurate scopes, resource allocation, and risk mitigationDrive business development by building relationships with clients, contractors, and partners; support proposals, pricing, and contract negotiationsRecruit, mentor, and develop project managers, foremen, technicians, and estimators to maintain strong performance, retention, and team cultureWhat You Need for This PositionProgressive experience in HVAC systems, pipefitting, or mechanical construction with leadership responsibilityProven P and L management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvementStrong background in project management including estimating, scheduling, resource planning, contract administration, and risk managementExperience with operations leadership and business development in a mechanical contracting environmentPreferred certifications: EPA 608, NATE, PMP, HVAC/R license; strong commitment to safety programs and regulatory complianceWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!IF interested can you provide an updated resume & salary requirements to either JOSH.REIFMAN@CYBERCODERS.COM or CHRIS.BARBER@CYBERCODERS.COMBenefits
