Division Finance Manager
Our client, an established and growing leader in their industry, has an immediate need for an accounting professional to partner with leadership on financial operations, project accounting, pricing strategy, and process improvements for a growing division.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Lead monthly financial and revenue close processes, oversee asset tracking, and optimize administrative workflows.
- Project Accounting & Billing: Manage project financials, job-cost tracking, invoicing, and complex customer accounts.
- Pricing & Strategy: Drive pricing analysis, financial modeling, and strategic pricing initiatives.
- Technology & Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership on business process enhancements, automation, and technology integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3–5 years of accounting or finance operations experience.
- Strong background in project or job-cost accounting methods.
- Advanced analytical and spreadsheet skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with a strong interest in long-term career growth and management.
