The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU) is seeking a Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. At MU, the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division provides comprehensive care for women with high-risk pregnancies through a collaborative, multidisciplinary academic practice committed to excellence in patient care, education, and research.

• To lead the clinical, educational, and research missions of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division while empowering, guiding, and inspiring faculty, fellows, residents, and staff toward success.
• A record of clinical, academic, and leadership excellence.
• To expand and strengthen multidisciplinary programs focused on high-risk obstetrics.
• To participate in multidisciplinary conferences and departmental leadership activities.
• To support the continued growth of the ACGME-accredited Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship and the OB/GYN Residency Program.

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Academic qualifications for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential appropriate for Division Director
