Summary

Whitecap Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take ownership of the Professional Services vertical. This role involves developing client partnerships and leading a team of recruiters and business development consultants to drive revenue performance and client expansion.

Function: What You’ll Own

• Ownership of the Professional Services vertical (Finance & Accounting, Admin, HR, Operations).
• Development of client partnerships across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Growth and leadership of a team of recruiters and BD consultants.
• Revenue performance across direct hire placements.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new logo acquisition and client expansion.
• Build and coach a high-performing recruiting team.
• Maintain a personal desk while scaling team output.
• Implement process, structure, and best practices for consistent delivery.
• Partner with leadership to expand market footprint across offices.

Requirements: Who You Are

• 8-12 years in professional services staffing (A&F, Admin, HR, Ops).
• Proven billings experience ($600K-$1M preferred).
• Strong full-desk background.
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiters.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you know how to turn a desk into a division.
