Division Controller – Ringside Talent

Our client is seeking a Division Controller to oversee accounting operations, drive financial strategy, and partner with senior leadership to support growth and profitability. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape decisions and influence success across the business.
Base Pay Range
$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the division.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
- Experience in a multi-division or manufacturing environment a plus.
