This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the financial operations of the Construction Division and strong exposure to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate results to executive leadership
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgets and cost control
- Oversee the division’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Supervise a team of three AP accountants
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify financial strategies that support company goals
- Travel to job sites as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Accounting xhqgsiq and finance leadership experience
- Management experience
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- SAP experience is a plus
- Construction or project-based accounting experience is highly valuable
