Project ManagerThe ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing projects from planning to completion, with in-depth knowledge of doors, frames, and associated hardware. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate extensive knowledge of multiple door vendors.Document all projects, including pricing, identifying design or specification errors, and communicating with customers as needed.Estimate material requirements for construction projects in accordance with company policies and local building codes.Support customers by assessing existing door conditions and developing corrective action plans to address code deficiencies.Assist operations with estimating and pricing commercial doors, frames, and hardware.Perform all commercial door, frame, and hardware take-offs.Provide guidance to the sales team and customers with expertise during estimating and project buy-out phases.Lead and assist the team in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction procedures.Review and compare actual material usage versus estimates upon project completion.Support operations teams by verifying orders and acting as a "second set of eyes" when scheduling permits.Help operations teams review revised project documents and changes as time allows.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting.Minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in the Doors, Frames, and Hardware field.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Proven ability to meet or exceed goals with minimal supervision.Self-motivated and capable of delivering timely and accurate results.Strong commitment to personal and professional excellence.Must successfully complete a criminal background check.Required to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement (this is not a non-compete).Benefits:Generous PTO and paid holidays to support work-life balanceFlexible work schedulesParticipation in company-supported charitable eventsEligibility for all benefits starting the first of the month following hireComprehensive healthcare plan with a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help cover deductiblesCompetitive compensation packageLife, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) plan with a strong company matchCompany-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insuranceSocial events and team-building activitiesComplimentary daily breakfastEarly-release FridaysEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)At Delectus, we pursue excellence in all we do.
