Position Requirements:Must be able to prepare a comprehensive estimate and proposal for the G.C. or ownerMust possess good sales abilities, including being able to negotiate job costs (material and labor) to help ensure an awardManaging and coordinating the job successfully with other "in-house" divisionsMust have cursory or "working" knowledge of Division 10 constructionMust be able to interpret costs related to the projectReview project costs and change orders with Field Management to ensure profitability and excellence of workAttend construction related events, meetings and seminars pertaining to our scope of workManage subordinate superintendents and provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these unitsEmployment Type: Full-TimeLotspeich Co. of Florida, Inc.
