Summary
Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Corporate Social Responsibility Intern to support DEI and CSR work at the Midtown Manhattan corporate office. The intern will gain hands‑on experience coordinating educational programming, supporting environmental and responsible sourcing initiatives, and assisting with internal communications and metrics tracking. This temporary internship runs September to December 2026 and requires four days per week on site.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination of DEI educational sessions, discussions, events, and internal communications.
- Assist in developing and maintaining DEI communication materials and internal platforms.
- Contribute to CSR activities, environmental initiatives, and Green Team projects.
- Coordinate the annual CSR report and help create a responsible sourcing vendor database.
- Collect and analyze metrics to track DEI and CSR program success and provide general administrative support.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in HR, Business, Communications, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Available to work up to 37.5 hours per week from September to December 2026 and able to be on site four days per week in New York City.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to relocate to NYC if required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient or comfortable learning Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; data visualization experience (Tableau or Power BI) is welcomed.
