Paraeducator
Hudson School District is seeking a full and part-time paraeducators district wide to start in the school year. Supervised by the Special Education Coordinator, the paraeducators will implement classroom accommodations, organize the classroom environment and instructional materials, and reinforce instruction in accordance with each student's Individual Education Plan. Full-time position to work 6.5 hours and part-time positions work 5.5 hours per day with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. Paraeducators work 5 days per week for 189 total paid days including: 180 school days, 5 professional days and 4 holidays as outlined in the PSRP collective bargaining agreement (CBA). Preschool paraeducators work part-time 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday). Compensation: $20.00 through $35.61 per hour based upon experience as outlined within the PSRP CBA.
