Supporting major initiatives within the School and District Transformation Team, the part-time District Transformation Specialist will engage stakeholders, facilitate accountability work groups, and lead professional development efforts to enhance resources and strategic initiatives for high-need schools and districts in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate meetings with external stakeholders to gather feedback on accountability systems and guide the group toward consensus Lead professional development sessions at conferences and collaborate with various units to provide technical assistance Contribute to special projects related to district improvement strategies and attend relevant meetings and events Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in education from an accredited institution At least seven years of experience leading district improvement efforts, including five years in senior leadership Experience supporting a school identified on the accountability clock for a minimum of three years Strong project management and organizational skills Understanding of the Colorado accountability context
