Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Compensation

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
Time Type: Full time
Pay Range: $60.00 – $76.00 per hour. This is the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
