District Supervisor Buildings and GroundsMinimum of a high school diploma required. Current certified educational facilities manager (CEFM), or eligibility in accordance with N.J.A.C. 18A:17-50.
Valid New Jersey driver's license. Black seal boiler license. Knowledge of building maintenance, custodial and grounds services.
Knowledge of computer-based record keeping systems. Knowledge of regulatory compliance practices and procedures. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the superintendent in consultation with the board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Required criminal history clearance. Salary - $82,000. Health benefits sick, vacation and personal days.
