What You'll Do
- Grow sales within an assigned territory
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Manage opportunities and forecasts through CRM tools
- Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver customer solutions
- Represent Swan at industry events and trade shows
🗓️ A typical week includes office days on Mondays and Fridays at your home, with most regional travel occurring from Tuesday through Thursday.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business, or related field)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Technical sales experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory
