Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all stores within the assigned district, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets by executing business strategies tailored to the district’s market.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, addressing underperformance with corrective action plans.

Qualifications
