ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.
You will work with store managers to ensure excellent customer service, drive sales growth, and foster a positive working environment. The position covers CT, MA, NH, RI, VT, NYC and parts of NY state, with domestic travel daily.
