Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Mentor General Managers and staff to boost engagement and success across your district.
• Culture Maintenance: Promote and uphold Wingstop’s vibrant and positive company culture.
• Operational Support: Assist GMs to guarantee on‑time, high‑quality guest experiences.
• Training & Development: Develop management teams and manage career growth and standards.
• Strategic Initiative Management: Lead execution of company programs and collaborate with marketing and recruiting functions.
• Business Planning: Analyze and improve restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Marketing Collaboration: Drive sales through effective restaurant and brand marketing strategies.
• Financial Accountability: Oversee budget planning and financial performance to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 months multi‑unit management experience (fast food or casual dining preferred) or 12‑18 months as Wingstop General Manager with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations including risk, talent, facilities, and financial acumen.
• Proficient in analyzing profit & loss, staffing, labor laws, food safety, and health regulations.
• Experience with local store marketing and technology systems including Microsoft Office.
