District Manager - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Central New Jersey

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Proven success managing multiple restaurant locations and leading restaurant management teams.
• Strong background in operations, P&L management, food safety, labor management, and guest experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.

Preferred:

• Experience with a recognized QSR or fast-casual restaurant brand.
• Franchise operations experience is a plus.

Base salary: $80,000 plus
