A growing restaurant organization is looking for a high-performing District Manager to oversee multiple locations throughout the Chicago South Suburbs.

This is a hands-on multi-unit leadership opportunity for an experienced operator who knows how to develop managers, improve restaurant performance, and maintain strong operational standards across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong operational leadership skills
• Experience developing and holding General Managers accountable
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales, labor, food cost, and overall restaurant performance
• Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• Ability to work effectively across multiple locations

What's Offered

• $90,000 to $100,000 base salary
