This role involves overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants while fostering a strong team through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and development. The District Manager will lead by example, adhering to guidelines, procedures, and our business values, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Promote a team environment by fostering respect, coaching, and feedback.
