This District Manager will be accountable for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants while creating a strong group of professionals through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and development. The District Manager will lead their team by example following guidelines, procedures, and our business values.
The District Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Team Environment - Promote a team environment by fostering respect, coaching, and feedback.
