Compensation: $76,468 - $90,049 Actual salaries will be based on candidates qualifications, competencies, experience and geographic location. MOD Pizza offers a total compensation package including: Store portfolio performance incentive per quarter Medical/dental/vision/life insurance/disability insurance options Up to 20 paid vacation days per year and 10 paid holidays 401(k) retirement eligibility Paid sick leave Paid parental leave Employees can progress through the pay range by earning performance-based pay increases.As the District Manager you will be responsible for supporting and overseeing operations within an assigned district of 6-12 stores, depending on size and volume. District managers have a primary objective to live, teach and demonstrate the MOD Pizza culture in all interactions, and promote this principle in all MOD Pizza Squad.Key ResponsibilitiesConsistently role model a customer-first attitude and exhibit the company's culture, mission and values through everyday activities and behaviorsReview store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement; work in collaboration with Store Management Teams on identified factorsRegularly utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in store and district performanceTroubleshoots problems; promptly answers questions from stores in response to employee assistance, guest feedback and complaintsDirectly supervise vendor relationships (new and existing) to ensure product relevance and cost-efficiency; educate employees in new products, services, programs, etc.Participate in the staffing process for store management positions (recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training); regularly monitor and lead district-wide management staffing levelsAssist general managers in recruiting and hiring for store hourly positions, as neededManager of New Store Opening duties; staffing, training, and supervising vendors to ensure all supplies are delivered on timePrepare, communicate and educate Management Teams and applicable MOD Pizza employees on changes of policies, practices, and standards within the organizationResponsible for promoting clean and safe working environments; strict adherence to all Safety and Health Department standardsCreate an environment, through personal actions, where ideas can be shared, questions can be asked, and individuals are accountable for their actionsRecognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and programs as well as finding new, creative, and impactful methods of recognitionMOD values are demonstrated when you: Embrace change and seek to learn and improve every day. Occasionally operating hand-held appliance and simple machinery (industrial can opener, dough press, industrial dishwasher, etc.). Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment.
