District Manager

An established commercial cleaning company in Oklahoma City is hiring a District Manager. This is a hands-on, field-based position overseeing cleaning teams and client locations throughout the OKC metro. The ideal candidate will be dependable, responsive, and comfortable managing employees while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Duties:

• Oversee approximately 10 employees
• Visit client locations and perform quality inspections
• Manage employee performance, attendance, and day-to-day issues
• Communicate with clients and resolve service concerns
• Ensure employees have necessary supplies and equipment
• Assist employees in the field when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or operations experience required
• Experience managing hourly employees preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to travel throughout the Oklahoma City metro
• Basic computer and smartphone skills

Salary is $55,000-$65,000
