Lidl is seeking a District Manager in the United States, based in Fredericksburg, VA, to lead 3–5 stores with 9–15 Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers. You will drive performance, coach teams, and ensure customers enjoy Lidl’s high-quality, low-price shopping experience across the network.
You will regularly visit stores, set priorities with Store Managers, analyze KPI results, and coordinate new tests and projects to move the business forward while managing early starts and late shifts
