This role is responsible for driving performance through strong leadership, people development, operational execution, and financial accountability.

The District Manager partners closely with on-site restaurant leadership, providing coaching, guidance, and strategic direction while maintaining a consistent presence across assigned locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and leadership teams
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Drive operational consistency, compliance, and guest experience standards
- Monitor key performance indicators including labor, cost controls, and productivity
- Develop and execute action plans to support performance improvement, growth initiatives, and new restaurant openings
- Foster a people-first, results-driven culture across all locations
Qualifications
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational metrics
- Proficiency with business systems and reporting tools
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations
