District Manager in Training - Lead Multi-Store Growth

Dollar Tree Stores, a value retailer serving communities across the country, is seeking a District Manager in Training in Palm Coast, FL. You’ll train on the job to oversee multiple stores and partner with Store Managers to drive sales, service, and operations.

You will develop store leaders, analyze district performance, recruit and coach associates, manage payroll hours, and ensure safe, professional environments across your district. This role requires travel up to 50%.
