Journeys is seeking a District Manager in Training to grow into a multi-store leadership role in our teen-focused footwear and accessories business. In this fast-paced, fashion-forward environment, you’ll learn to oversee several stores, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure an outstanding, music-inspired customer experience. Working closely with an experienced District Manager, you’ll develop skills in people leadership, visual merchandising, staffing, and P&L management.
