Store Manager Job Summary
As the District Manager for our stores in New York you’ll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless stores in New York and New Jersey. This is a hands‑on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance for all of our stores in New York/ New Jersey.

Store Location: Franklin Square, Matittuck, Bayshore, Baldwin and New Jersey
What You’ll Do
- Hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed monthly goals
- Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and recognition
- Coach team members on consultative selling and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred)
- Willing to travel all store locations
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals
- Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
