District Manager

We are seeking an experienced District Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple locations. This role is responsible for driving business performance, developing high-performing teams, ensuring operational consistency, and delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience.

District Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple locations within the assigned district.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop location managers and their teams.
• Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Assist with recruiting, training, succession planning, and talent development.

Financial & Business Performance

• Monitor sales, profitability, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve district goals and improve financial performance.
• Manage resources effectively and support budgetary objectives.

Customer Experience

• Promote a strong customer-focused culture across all locations.
• Address operational or service-related concerns and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure teams consistently deliver a positive customer experience.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with senior leadership to implement business initiatives and district-wide strategies.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout the district.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Several years of progressive leadership and multi-site management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned district as needed.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

• Professional certification in management, leadership, or a relevant industry discipline.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification.
