A growing franchisee is looking for a District Manager to oversee 5 restaurants in the NC market. This person will be responsible for the overall performance of the locations, including sales, profitability, staffing, customer service, food quality, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is a strong multi unit leader who knows how to develop General Managers, hold teams accountable, improve restaurant performance, and create consistency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 5 locations
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
- Drive sales growth and improve overall restaurant profitability
- Monitor food cost, labor, inventory, and other key operating metrics
- Ensure restaurants are meeting company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Review store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build strong management teams through recruiting, training, coaching, and development
- Hold General Managers accountable to sales, labor, food cost, and operational goals
- Improve speed of service and overall customer experience
- Conduct regular store visits and provide hands‑on coaching to restaurant teams
- Support new initiatives, promotions, and operational changes
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Help create a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results.
Qualifications
- Strong QSR or fast casual restaurant background
- Proven ability to lead multiple locations and develop General Managers
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, labor, and sales
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel between 5 locations in the NC market
