Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage coordinators of Service, Production, Inventory, and Operations and Distribution.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the operations team.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among different departments to achieve operational excellence.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Implement strategies and processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure the company meets its operational targets.
Service Management:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers, maintaining the company’s professional and service-oriented culture.
- Work closely with the Service Coordinator to address customer needs and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Production Management:
- Oversee production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with the Production Coordinator to maintain production schedules and ensure product quality.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock.
- Work with the Inventory Coordinator to implement effective inventory control procedures.
Operations and Distribution:
- Oversee the distribution of products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Distribution Coordinator to optimize logistics and distribution processes.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure the company meets its profit goals.
- Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to the Integrator.
- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Work closely with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Quality Assurance:
- Support and actively participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program.
- Ensure compliance with API Q1, API 6A, API 16C, and ISO 9001:2015 standards by adhering to the Quality Policy and meeting QMS Objectives.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Accurately complete and submit daily paperwork associated with job tasks (e.g., JSA, Safety Docs, FST, FNCR, REQ, Timecards) in a timely manner.
- Report any procedural non-compliance immediately to the appropriate department.
- Properly label or stamp equipment as required.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and the community both verbally and in writing.
- Assist other team members with daily activities and job-related tasks as approved by management.
Safety:
- Ensure all team members perform their job duties in the safest way possible with a target of 100% accident-free and incident-free operations.
- Adhere to the company’s safety guidelines and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Representation:
- Professionally represent Bulldog Services LLP, upholding and promoting our motto, "Restoring Principles & Integrity One Connection at a Time."
Physical and Operational Requirements:
- Frequent standing and lifting, with time spent in the shop, field, office, and R&D areas.
- Lift equipment according to company safety guidelines (max 50 lbs).
- Operate forklifts (with current certification), overhead cranes, testing equipment, and rigging in accordance with training and safety manuals.
Other Responsibilities:
- Wear appropriate clothing, avoiding items that promote non-business-related propaganda.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all posted and non-posted safety guidelines.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday through Sunday, 24/7 during on-call scheduled days, including a 24-hour on-call tower position.
- Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on workload.
- Employees must complete pertinent duties by the end of the job, possibly working beyond standard hours if necessary.
- Travel is required 50% of the schedule
