Position: District Engineer - Cementing and Acidizing
Location: Midland/Odessa, TX

Position Summary
We are seeking a District Engineer with oilfield cementing experience to support cementing and acidizing operations in the Permian Basin . This role combines engineering, field support, customer communication, technical proposals, and technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design cement slurries, spacer systems, and acid blends
- Perform pre-job hydraulic simulations and post-job pressure matching analysis
- Prepare technical proposals and documentation
- Coordinate with laboratory, bulk plant, acid dock, operations, and sales teams
- Provide onsite technical support for cementing and acidizing jobs
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and optimize job designs
- Present KPIs and technical information to customers
- Provide technical sales support and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Engineering experience with an oilfield service company
- Oilfield cementing experience required
- Acidizing experience preferred
- Strong customer communication and customer service skills
- Technical/proposal writing experience
- Strong time management and coordination skills
- Ability to work onsite in the Midland/Odessa area
