The customer base includes supermarkets, mass merchants, warehouse clubs, convenience stores, drug stores, and food service.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of a service and installation organization.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through special projects.Ensure that Branch Financial Model targets are achieved.Sell service and install product offerings.Adhere to administrative policies.Lead and develop staff.Reports To: Director of OperationsPrincipal Responsibilities:Oversee internal and external customer satisfaction.Cultivate new business opportunities in current or adjacent markets.Manage multiple branch operations to meet sales and operating income goals.Use balanced scorecard metrics to target improvements.Maintain an understanding of the Branch Financial Model and use the Model to manage the Service and Installation Department to an Operating Income target.Develop Territory Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and maintain forecast to manage service and installation businesses to ensure AOP targets are achieved.Develop and lead team to facilitate an environment where employees are empowered and willing to initiate process improvements within Branch Operations.Direct development for the district, to include support and execution of performance management, succession preparation, and coaching employees.Develop and manage the safety culture and behaviors across all levels of branch organization and external contractors; including active participation in safety committees, site visits, inspections, communications, and investigations.Collaborate with internal partners in Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Sales Teams, and Safety to ensure quality and compliance to policies, procedures, and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of applicable experience; and 5-10 Years of related experience.Background in management/supervisory function, in addition to oversight of P&L responsibilities of multiple operations.Working knowledge of basic refrigeration or knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC is helpful.Successfully manage multiple, competing tasks.Strong verbal and written skills, required.Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours.Valid driver's license and safe driving record.Travel within region as required.Benefits & Perks:Hussmann is committed to supporting your total wellbeing through a wide variety of benefits and wellness programs to support your physical, emotional, financial, social, and environmental health.Health Benefits – Offering medical, dental, vision, prescription plans, plus Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options.Voluntary Benefits – Life, accident, critical illness, disability, legal, identity theft, and pet insurance.Hussman Retirement Savings & Investment Plan – 401(k) plan with company matching contributions and immediate vesting.Paid Time-Off Benefits – Paid time off, stewardship, and parental leave.Educational Assistance – Tuition reimbursement for job-related courses after six months of service.Health Management and Wellbeing Programs –EAP, virtual health management, chronic condition, and tobacco cessation.About Hussmann:For over a century, Hussmann Corporation has been a global leader in commercial refrigeration equipment — delivering solutions that meet the demands of the modern food retailing industry.
