The Regional IRC Manager (Information Resources Consultant) for Districts 4 and 5 supervises endpoint technology staff and manages deployment, maintenance, and support of IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and phone systems across fifteen counties in South Carolina. The role oversees IRC subordinates, coordinates IT needs with District Engineering Administrators, ensures compliance with security and inventory procedures, and manages regional telecommunications services.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3.5 years of experience in automated information systems, IT installation, repair, or data processing
• Valid South Carolina motor vehicle operator's license required
• Supervisory experience managing IT staff and coordinating technical operations across a multi-county region
• Knowledge of IT security procedures, inventory control, and SCDOT policies
• Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned region and lift up to 30 lbs
