Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and communicate policies and procedures to independent agent carrier force to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage and when necessary, distribute all products within the distribution centers.
- Supervise resolution of customer complaints.
- Manage the draw for all independent agent/single copy sales in his/her geographic area to maximize sales.
- Manage all billing statements for independent agents, including collection; documentation and submitting appropriate credit/debits.
- Track appropriate service and circulation numbers.
- When necessary, responsible for delivery to subscribers.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, & holidays, evening shifts are from 1am - 9am.
- Valid driver's license, satisfactory motor vehicle record, dependable automobile, and liability insurance required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required for a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft office.
- Good time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to push and pull cart.
