To support a local company, the full-time Distribution Specialist will develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures, manage distribution software for health plan identification cards, and maintain effective communication across teams while working in a hybrid/remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures to streamline distribution processes and ensure quality control Manage the distribution software, ensuring accuracy and quality of health plan identification cards and related materials Maintain the ticketing system for timely resolution of requests and provide regular reports to account managers Required qualifications High school education or equivalent with one year of distribution quality control experience preferred Basic knowledge of distribution software and spreadsheet maintenance Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook Ability to lift 50 pounds on a routine basis Strong organizational and time management skills
