Key Responsibilities Lead procurement activities for complex programs, translating technical specifications into purchase orders Own the lifecycle of the procurement process, from proposal preparation to supplier selection and award administration Analyze market trends and forecasted spend to develop effective sourcing strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to resolve contractual and performance issues with suppliers Financial acumen in quoting, P&L, and operating margin Familiarity with Oracle purchasing system and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations, as well as ITAR and EAR compliance
