Distribution Production Associate
Location: Salem, OR Schedule: All Shifts Available Pay Rate: $18.60-$19.10/hour
Job Responsibilities
- The Distribution Coordinator supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring accurate receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment of product. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining safety, food safety, and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including reviewing bills of lading
- Assign and support warehouse staff with daily tasks
- Load/unload trucks; pick, sort, and stage product as needed
- Verify order accuracy and manage damaged merchandise reclamation
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, timekeeping, and safety
- Communicate daily with Customer Service, Sales, Transportation, and leadership
- Support productivity tracking and basic operational reporting
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
