Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming surgical trays and implants against documentation
- Package products securely and prepare shipping documentation with accurate addresses and inventory
- Restock inventory based on usage and maintain electronic records from purchase orders and invoices
- Perform cycle counts and verify part/lot numbers against pack slips for order accuracy
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards in all warehouse operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years distribution or inventory control experience or training
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with independent problem-solving capability
- Effective communication and teamwork in warehouse environment
Compensation: $22 per hour plus up to 10% quarterly performance bonus
