Mattress Firm is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations that power our nationwide retail and e-commerce network. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of associates handling receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries to stores and customers. You’ll monitor inventory, enforce safety and housekeeping standards, and use warehouse systems to track KPIs.
