Job Description
- Support daily warehouse and materials management operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory putaway, and Kanban replenishment.
- Quantify and sample oligos for quality control testing.
- Replenish production and warehouse Kanban locations based on established min/max levels and perform required system transactions.
- Sort oligos for appropriate purification using manual processes or software.
- Unload deliveries, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders, inspect and label materials, and complete system receipts.
- Route materials to quarantine, stocking, or point-of-use locations as required.
- Perform directed putaway and bin transfers while maintaining system and physical location accuracy.
- Maintain 5S standards within warehouse and materials areas.
- Follow applicable safety, quality, documentation, and regulated-environment requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse and materials management
- Kanban replenishment and min/max inventory control
- Receiving, shipping, and inventory putaway
- SAP or comparable ERP/WMS
- Inventory transactions and system receipts
- Purchase order verification
- Bin transfers and location management
- Forklift / powered industrial truck operation
- Current or prior forklift certification
- Regulated/GxP environment experience
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Oligo handling, quantification, and sampling
- Oligo purification sorting
- Quality control sample handling
- 5S warehouse organization
- Quarantine and point-of-use material routing
- Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or laboratory materials
- SAP warehouse transactions
