Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Distinguished AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI software components while leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer interactions and improve internal operations, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with engineers, research scientists, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products Design, develop, test, and support AI software components, including foundation model training and large language model inference Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related fields plus at least 8 years of experience in AI/ML, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience At least 8 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and influence stakeholders Experience developing and applying techniques for optimizing AI training and inference software
